Principles of Plyometrics

Programming, progressing and coaching plyometric training from novice to advanced clients

Build Explosive, Reactive Athletes

Plyometrics are about so much more than jumping.

Through the theoretical portion of this course uncover the history of plyometric training, its soviet origins, the misconceptions and misapplication born out of translation and interpretation. Then build on this foundational understanding as we help you develop a plyometrics coaching and programming framework to deepen your practical understanding for how to use progressive plyometric exercises as a training method for developing elasticity, reactivity and durability in a range of populations.

Join in for our practical master class as head of education Jacob Tober takes a group of students through the plyometric continuum highlighting the broad range of plyometric exercise selection, how to coach drills to a range of experience levels and learn how to make programming decisions in real time.
