Injuries and Rehabilitation

An online course for coaches and fitness professionals to help them periodise effective, efficient conditioning programs for building sports specific fitness.

Fitness is Task Specific

Sport specific fitness is something that is often done poorly. With athletes and coaches of all sports working the wrong systems, with ineffective modalities for non-specific work:rest ratios.

Athletes and general gym goers don’t have to pound the pavement or treadmills for hours and hours to develop elite levels of fitness.

In fact this sort of approach to conditioning can actually make athletes worse, robbing athletes of explosive power.

There is a better way.

In this course learn how to construct a high performance conditioning plan for your team or individual clients built on a clear understanding of the sporting needs, the trickle down effect of fitness qualities and the benefits of strategic micro-dosing of conditioning work
