One hour performance testing session

Undergo an injury assessment and baseline performance testing session to help us see where you are now and where you need to be.


Customised strength and conditioning program

Receive a full customised sport specific strength and conditioning program based on your assessment results, unique biomechanics and goals.


Unlimited training sessions to achieve your goals

Train in our state-of-the-art fully supervised gym with UNLIMITED weekly training sessions and see your athletic performance increase.

Coach education & internships



Online Short Courses

Short S&C courses on a range of topics. CEC certified with Fitness Australia these range from an afternoons content through to a few weeks of diving deep to deepen your understanding of pivotal topics.

Our in-depth master courses are designed to rapidly accelerate your development as a coach or trainer. Expand your skill-set, improve retention and build the business you want.
