How to book your workouts at Core Advantage

Core Advantage is now open again after lockdowns in Victoria have started to ease.

***The Core Advantage training calendar is now open. Bookings from June 22nd are now open***

As a member you can now manage your training session bookings through our app directly on your smart phone.

To access your account and book your times, follow these instructions.

Step 1: Download or update the Core Advantage Interval Timing app

If you haven’t downloaded the app already it is free on both iOS and Android, press the appropriate button below to download the app or if you already have it, check the app/play store and make sure you are updated to the latest version (2.0.0).

Step 2: To access your schedule, go into the app and press on the My Schedule tab at the bottom of the home page.

Your login details are those connected to your Core Advantage account when you first signed up.
Use your email address along with your date of birth (DOB) in DDMMYY format (eg 210599)
*Parents & guardians you can also log in to access your child’s account by using your email address with the date of birth for any of your children who are Core Advantage members. Once logged in you will be able to manage the calendar for any of your children.

If you are unable to sign in please send us through your email address and DOB and we will update your details.

Step 3: Book and manage your training sessions

Once you are logged in you will be able to see your upcoming bookings already connected to your account.

*Parents with more than two athletes to manage will be able to toggle between their dependents to manage all class schedules (note the “active calendar” line in the first image below).

Pressing the red X will allow you to cancel these classes if you no longer need the time slot.

To book a new class press the “Book a New Time” button and scroll through the calendar to find your desired date and time.

When booking, you can choose to book a single session for just that particular day or set up a recurring booking for that same time and day for all ongoing weeks.

Each 30 minute start time is limited to the number of athletes required to abide by COVID-19 regulations.

Please delete bookings you do not need

We ask that you do not come in to train without first booking a class time via the app, if you have a booking and do not need it anymore please take the time to cancel it so someone else can use your space.

If you have any troubles or cannot login to your account please send us an email and we will update your details.
